Location: Moose Jaw, SK
Compensation: $23–$25 per hour (depending on experience)
 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing & Office Administrator to join our close-knit team and play a key role in keeping our transactions, records, and finances running smoothly.

The Right Person for This Role

This position is not entry-level. You’ll thrive here if you have experience working in banking, legal conveyancing, or real estate administration, and enjoy structured systems, deadlines, and accuracy. You’re the kind of person who double-checks the details and keeps everyone around you organized.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review conveyancing documentation for real estate transactions
  • Communicate professionally with lawyers, lenders, and agents to coordinate closings
  • Manage file organization, data entry, and office administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance standards (SRA / FINTRAC) 
  • Communicate with agents to ensure that complete listing information and forms are received for all listings
  • Basic accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, etc.
  • Daily Banking
  • Ensure that all deal files including paper and electronic versions are properly completed and up to date.
  • Upload MLS listings and process any changes as required.
  • Designing Marketing Material & Manage Social Media Channels

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Real estate conveyancing
  • Banking / financial administration
  • Law office or legal assistant work
  • Solid administrative management or office coordination experience (systems, deadlines, and team support)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to manage time independently
